PhoneLink® for Outlook is a free add-in for Microsoft® Outlook® that manages inbound calls to multiple call appearances on a Tone Commander 8810 or 8610/8620 ISDN telephone equipped with an 8001TA, 8003TA, 8004TA, or 8005TA Terminal Adapter, or a 6210/6220 ISDN telephone equipped with a 6001TA Terminal Adapter. Ringing, active, and held calls are shown in a popup window. You can answer calls, transfer calls, or place calls on hold with a single click. A VoIP version of PhoneLink is also available for 7310 and 7320 telephones. PhoneLink for Outlook integrates with Outlook's Contacts for incoming call identification. Call details are recorded in Outlook's Journal. |
