These Microsoft Word 97 templates are set up for printing 8610, 8620, and 8030X key labels on perforated label sheets or on plain paper. The plain paper templates print lines as guides for cutting out the labels.

Perforated sheets are supplied with the phone; additional sheets are available from Tone Commander. 8810 telephone keys do not use paper labels; they are labeled on the display screen.

To download, right-click the template link, then select "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As...". After downloading the templates, copy them to your Office Templates folder. You can find or change the location of this folder by clicking Tools->Options->File Locations->User Templates in Word. Select the appropriate template when creating a new label document.

In addition to printing 8610, 8620, or 8030X labels on plain or perforated sheets, the 8610/8620/8810 User Setup Program can configure and back up user-configurable keys and the Call Directory using a Windows PC.
