  8610 / 8620 / 8810 ISDN Telephone User Setup Program

The 8610 / 8620 / 8810 ISDN Telephone User Setup Program is a Windows PC application used to configure and back up user settings for an 8610, 8620, or 8810 ISDN telephone that is equipped with an 8001TA, 8003TA, 8004TA, or 8005TA Terminal Adapter.


This program is used for:

  • Configuring Speed Dial keys
  • Enabling/disabling Call Origination for Feature Activator keys
  • Configuring the Call Directory
  • Configuring Voice Mail keys (8810)
  • Printing key labels (8610, 8620, 8030X)
  • Setting up on-screen key labels (8810)
  • Printing user key configuration reports
  • Backing up user key configurations to disk

New features in version 01.01.07:

  • Help file in Compiled HTML format for Windows Vista compatibility

System Requirements

Computer Port:  USB for 8004TA or 8005TA; RS-232 for 8001TA or 8003TA
Operating System:  Microsoft Windows 98, Me, 2000, XP, Vista
Telephone:  8610, 8620, or 8810, equipped with an 8001TA, 8003TA, 8004TA, or 8005TA Terminal Adapter

If using a USB Terminal Adapter (8004TA or 8005TA), you will also need to install the Windows XP USB Driver.

Note:  Telephone operating software must be revision 01.07.07 (8610/8620) / 02.07.07 (8810) or later. To view the software version in your telephone, see this page.
