The ANI-Link^® ANI Controller System provides small and medium sized communities with a complete interface to Enhanced 9-1-1 central office features. It provides Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) personnel with the 9-1-1 caller's telephone number, drives Automatic Location Identification and Computer Aided Dispatch (ALI/CAD) equipment, and can provide a printed record of all call activity. The system has the unique capability to integrate with PBXs, key systems, ACD telephone systems, and digital workstations.

An easy-to-read multifunctional ANI Display shows each 9-1-1 caller's telephone number and zone code. It can also display alarm messages and the time. The Display is equipped with 8 front-panel buttons with transfer keys that expedite call transfers and conferences to outside emergency service agencies such as the police or fire department. Each PSAP operator position can request ANI/ALI at any time or scroll back to previously displayed numbers and recall ALI information.
