Local and Remote 911
Notification
The 911 Call Alert™ notifies you the instant a PBX/9-1-1 call is placed, giving you the critical information needed to identify, locate, and respond to the caller faster and more effectively. 911 Call Alert™ interfaces with a variety of call reporting devices, such as text-messaging cell phones, pagers, desktop call displays, computers, LAN workstations, and printers to keep you informed of all PBX/9-1-1 call activity. |
|
| 911 Call Alert is easily installed into your existing 9-1-1 capable PBX. Two 911 Call Alert systems are available for either CAMA trunk or ISDN/PRI circuit monitoring applications. You decide which reporting devices are used and where they are located (either locally or remotely). A log of 9-1-1 calls is also maintained. The call reports include the calling station's number, location, call time, and other user data. A LAN option is available to allow interfacing of desktop call displays or workstations over a LAN connection.
911 Call Alert can be accessed from a remote location when configuring the system and collecting call reports. For alerting your local personnel of emergency calls, 9-1-1 Call Displays can be used with the units. For more information on 911 Call Alert and how it interfaces with the 9-1-1 network, visit our How 911 Call Alert Works and How LAN Alert Works pages. Haven't yet integrated your facility phone system to the Enhanced 911 network? Tone Commander offers both CAMA and ISDN solutions for that too!
