Tone Commander's Customer Service Department provides installation, configuration, and troubleshooting telephone assistance from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. For help required on an emergency basis, support can be obtained from 4:00 PM to midnight, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends and holidays by calling the company's toll free customer service number, (800) 524-0024. Although Tone Commander is not an installation company, we are committed to support any company and their field professionals who provide telecommunication installation and maintenance services for our products. |
